Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Resource (OIC Specialist)


Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Resource with 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM and 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules, , and proven OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) skills. The role focuses on technical development, integrations via OIC, and customizations for all HCM modules, based 100% onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain RICE objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) across all Fusion HCM modules: Core HR (Global HR, Workforce Records), Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance, Learning), Compensation (Payroll, Benefits), Workforce Management (Time & Labor, Absences), and others (Analytics, Self-Service).
•Leverage OIC for HCM integrations: Design, build, and monitor integrations with third-party apps, EBS systems, and Fusion services using adapters (REST, SOAP, HCM Cloud Adapter, Database), mappings, fault handling, and scheduling.
•Handle EBS R12 HCM technical tasks including PL/SQL packages, Forms/Reports customization, OAF extensions, and Workflow Builder for modules like HRMS, Payroll, SSHR.
•Perform data migrations using FBDI/HDL, build OTBI/BI Publisher reports, REST API integrations via OIC, and custom extensions onsite in Abu Dhabi.
•Support testing (unit/SIT/UAT), debugging, performance tuning, production deployments, and OIC monitoring/troubleshooting.

Experience- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM technical work (all modules).
Minimum 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 HCM technical development (all modules).
– 2+ years hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM projects.
– 3+ full lifecycle projects with upgrades/migrations / support.
Technical Skills- OIC Expertise: Integrations using HCM Adapter, REST/SOAP, Orchestrations, Lookups, Error Handling, VCS, Monitoring.
– Fusion HCM: PL/SQL, FBDI/ADF DI, OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Page Composer, REST/SOAP APIs, Studio.
– EBS R12: PL/SQL, Forms 10g, Reports 10g, XML Publisher, OAF, AOL (Concurrent Programs, Value Sets).
– Tools: SQL Developer, JDeveloper, HDL Loader, OIC Console.
Functional Expertise- HCM modules: Core HR, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Payroll, Benefits, Time/Labor, Absences, Compensation, OTBI Analytics.
Soft Skills- Strong writing skills for technical specs (MD.050/MD.070), integration diagrams, unit test plans.
– Onsite full-time in Abu Dhabi, UAE (visa/relocation provided).
Education & Certs- Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related.
– Oracle Fusion HCM Technical, OIC Developer, or EBS certifications preferred.
