1. Design of OSB Flows and Development of OSB Services
2. Design of SCA Flows and Development of SOA Composites
3. Development of Java components that can be reused in OSB or SOA architecture
4. Able to debug and resolve bugs during testing
5. Need to be able to handle production incidents
6. Guiding team members
7. Preparing technical design.
