Position Overview
\nWe are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Support Consultant with minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion SCM and 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 SCM. The role provides support, migration and enhancements for SCM modules onsite at our client location in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n\u2022Provide L2\/L3 support for all Fusion SCM modules: Inventory Management, iProcurement, Advanced Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Order Management, and integration points with Procurement, Project Management.
\n\u2022Perform root cause analysis, resolve incidents, apply configurations\/patches, and handle enhancements like new setups, process optimizations, and period close support.
\n\u2022Conduct fit-gap analysis for enhancements, data fixes via FBDI\/HDL, OTBI report customizations, and FAST Formula adjustments during support cycles.
\n\u2022Manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs), user training, UAT for patches\/enhancements, and monthly health checks onsite in Abu Dhabi.
\n\u2022Leverage R12 SCM experience (Inventory, Purchasing, iProc, Sourcing, Contracts for hybrid environments, legacy issue resolution, and migration support.
\nRequired Qualifications & Experience
\nCategory Details
\nExperience- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion SCM.
\n– Minimum 10 years in Oracle EBS R12 SCM.
\n– 3+ years in production support\/enhancements with SLAs (e.g., 4\/6\/24 hour resolution).
\n– Full lifecycle implementations and upgrade projects preferred.
\nTechnical Skills- Fusion setups: BPM Worklists, Security Profiles, HDL\/FBDI, OTBI\/BI Publisher, Extracts.
\n– R12: Form Personalization, Workflow, AME approvals.
\n– Integrations awareness: REST APIs, OIC basics.
\nFunctional Expertise- All modules: Inventory, Procurement (RFQs, POs, Sourcing, Contracts), Order Management (OMS, ATP), Full P2P cycle knowledge.
\nSoft Skills- Strong writing skills for RCA reports, enhancement specs (BR100), client communications.
\n– Shift flexibility for support coverage.
\nEducation & Certs- Bachelor\u2019s in Finance\/Accounting\/Computer Science or related.
