\nThe Automation & STP Manager drives operational excellence and transformation within the Operations function.
\nKey Responsibilities: –
\n\u2022 Manage automation factory covering RPA, workflow and IDP.
\n\u2022 Drive straight-through-processing initiatives.
\n\u2022 Build automation roadmap and business cases.
\n\u2022 Track automation benefits and ROI.
\nKey Performance Indicators: –
\n\u2022 Automations delivered
\n\u2022 Hours saved
\n\u2022 STP increase
\n\u2022 Manual touchpoints reduced<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience: –
\nRelevant banking operations experience, strong stakeholder management, process improvement expertise, and professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma are preferred.<\/p>\n
Core Competencies: –
\nProcess Excellence, Business Analysis, Data-Driven Decision Making, Change Management, Communication, Leadership.<\/p>\n
Bachelor’s degree (B.E.\/B.Tech.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
