\nWe are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion WMS Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management (SCM) Cloud, specifically Oracle Warehouse Management (WMS). The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and support of Oracle Fusion WMS solutions to optimize warehouse operations and business processes.

\nKey Responsibilities:
\nFunctional Responsibilities:
\n\u2022\tLead Oracle Fusion WMS implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
\n\u2022\tConduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather and analyse warehouse management requirements.
\n\u2022\tConfigure and implement Oracle Fusion WMS modules based on business needs.
\n\u2022\tDesign end-to-end warehouse processes including:
\no\tInbound Receiving
\no\tPut-away
\no\tInventory Management
\no\tPicking and Packing
\no\tShipping Execution
\no\tCycle Counting
\no\tReplenishment
\no\tWave Planning
\no\tCross-Docking
\n\u2022\tPrepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents.
\n\u2022\tAnalyse business gaps and recommend standard Oracle functionalities or custom solutions.
\n\u2022\tCoordinate with technical teams for integrations, reports, extensions, and data migration activities.
\n\u2022\tParticipate in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare support activities.
\nConsulting & Stakeholder Management
\n\u2022\tAct as a trusted advisor to business users and project stakeholders.
\n\u2022\tLead client discussions and provide best-practice recommendations.
\n\u2022\tManage project deliverables, timelines, risks, and issue resolution.
\n\u2022\tMentor junior consultants and functional analysts.

\nRequired Qualifications
\n\u2022\tBachelor\u2019s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
\n\u2022\tOracle Fusion SCM\/WMS certifications preferred.
\n\u2022\tMinimum 6+ years of overall Oracle SCM experience with 3\u20135+ years in Oracle Fusion WMS Cloud.
\n\u2022\tExperience in at least 2\u20133 end-to-end Oracle Fusion WMS implementations.
\n\u2022\tExperience in global rollout and support projects is an advantage.
